The development of process computers at TEWE Elektronic is based on own experiences made in the seventies, when the feeding of animals with first automatic systems started. At that time, the large number of time relay controls that had been used until then did no longer meet the requirements with regard to precision and information. As a consequence, we tried to find better solutions.

Initially, we produced simple computers with the processors and memory elements available at that time. These computers controlled valves and motors and registered first data on feed consumptions. TEWE Elektronic has consequently pushed this development forward during the last 20 years. Today, we are well-known among experts as manufacturer of process control systems which are mainly used in agricultural business for feeding, mixing, dosing and weighing processes. We have developed a large number of different types in order to supply the market with appropriate devices, which are partly made to customers' specification. The software programs developed by TEWE Elektronic offer a lot of configuration options to our customers. In contrast to PLC control systems, the user does not need any auxiliary devices or special technology when using our software programs. Apart from an absolutely safe operation, the easy and simple use, the registration of many data for analysis purposes, the coupling via remote data communication lines and the easy service handling are important aspects for the customer.

For this purpose, our computers are fitted as far as possible with the interfaces and technical devices known today. Next to operations combined with a screen, you can also get small displays. Depending on the type of computer and program used, you can handle e.g. 50 components and mix them together or control several thousands of valves and distribute feed to your animals through these valves. Of course, all processes are monitored and controlled through the computers themselves. If there are any irregularities, the system will immediately stop and issue an alarm message at the same time.
We have developed special programs for modern animal husbandry, where animals can ask themselves for feed according to their demand. Normally, all process flows are coupled with electronic weighing systems which provide information on weights. Moreover, other signals of switches and sensors can be processed as well.

The FC 5000 is a versatile and efficient computer for the control of liquid feeding systems or similar related systems. There are different program versions available for the control of trough-in-line or sensor feeding systems, piglet feedings, semi-automatic feeding systems or for the control of sundry rinsing programs.

The TF 5000 is an efficient computer for the control of dry feeding systems with max. 2 mixing/weighing devices, with 2 chain conveyors each, 20 components and 600 feed valves. It can control a mixer for batches (small amounts) or a mixer for big amounts. In case of a batch mixer, the computer mixes and discharges simultaneously in order to save time and execute a fast feeding process. If the system works with 2 chain conveyors, both chains can be fed in parallel. The batch mixer has a weight resolution of 10 grams, the mixer for big amounts has a resolution of 100 grams. All data are summarized and shown in user-friendly table structures. Remote controlling, data backups and analyses can be made and performed through PC coupling programs, even via the Internet.

The program Multicom T/TZ is an upgrading program for the Multicom T. This program can be activated by setting certain software switches. When doing this, modified functions will be allocated to specific data columns in the program. The weighing system is deactivated. The feed amounts are dosed in a time-controlled way via the specification of dosing amounts per time unit in the component data. The functions of the Multicom T/TZ program do largely correspond to those of the Multicom T.

With this computer, it is possible to control ad-libitum dry feeding systems with chain, 
haulage rope or spiral systems. One of these computers has to be used for every feeding machine/driving motor.

 

Easytronic 2

With this computer, it is possible to control ad-libitum dry feeding systems with chain, haulage rope or spiral systems. The integrated load unit allows the direct controlling of the main engine and one feed screw. Furthermore an additive dosing device, an alarm contact as well as a triggering station can be switched.

The 2 x 16 character display enables the simple programming of all adjustments.

1 or 2 feed spirals can be switched with this compact control system. This control system is installed in a solid protective housing made of plastic, fitted with a convenient hinged lid, protection class IP 65.
