TEWE Elektronic has designed and manufactured control systems for different applications on customer request since its foundation in 1983. A team of experts faces the market demands and develops innovative solutions which impress and satisfy our customers with regard to function and price. We deploy not only PLC control systems, but also complete process computers from our own development department. We are very open to new technologies and cooperate with the market leaders of switchgear technology (ABB, Carlo Gavazzi, Rittal, Siemens).
Of course, we respect the current German and European engineer standards and we attach great importance to safety. All control systems are checked for functionality before they leave our factory. Afterwards this process is documented. Following some fields of application:
Feeding systems, biogas technology, production of bio-oil, control of tank farms, control systems for CHP units (combined heat and power units).
The generation of energy from renewable raw materials requires new technologies. The control of pumps, valves, press processes, residue-output processes as well as the registration of flow rates are realized through this switch cabinet. The optimal user-friendliness of this production system for rape oil is guaranteed by a PLC control system with adapted software and visualization of all processes.
Today, biogas plants of up to 500 kW are professionally designed and constructed for the agricultural business.
The applied technology is strongly oriented towards industrial standards, since safety, availability and user-friendliness set benchmarks in agricultural business. All aggregates like agitators, pumps and input devices for solid matters are fully automatically controlled by our switch cabinets. If required, each component can be controlled manually as well.
Nowadays, large-scale plants in the industrial sector generate outputs of several 1000 kW/h. There is a great demand for energy materials for this. Systems of this size are equipped in a way that they run fully automatically. All mechanical und biological processes are monitored and registered. They trigger an alarm signal in case of a failure. The systems are connected by remote maintenance with the operator’s head office and TEWE Elektronic.
