Weighbridges for vehicles made by TEWE Elektronic – for more than 25 years
Weighbridges for vehicles have been in operation in both industry and agriculture for many years. Initially fitted with mechanical displays, they have been exclusively equipped with electronic load receivers and digital displays over the past 25 years. These scales have taken firm root in the agricultural business in order to enable the farmer to register and document all farm-relevant deliveries and dispatches.
The construction of such weighing systems is mainly made in ground excavations with concrete bordering.
The max. realizable size is currently 20 m x 3.5 m. However, on customer request we offer also intermediate and special sizes. TEWE executes the construction of these weighbridges for vehicles on site, by means of concrete casting. This saves high transport charges and gives the farmer the possibility to provide personal contribution. Alternatively, we offer constructions with pre-fabricated concrete components. The weighbridge can be operated in a calibrated or non-calibrated way, depending on the customer's needs. Loads of up to 60 tons are standard.
A large number of electronic display devices and measuring amplifiers allow the individual adaption to customer needs.
Many special solutions like magnetic card printers, coin-operated machines, barriers, guidance by traffic lights, sundry radio remote control systems, camera monitoring systems with photo memory and vehicle identification complete our delivery program.
Besides, we offer a separate PC transmission program for analyzing and processing registered vehicle data. This program can be upgraded at any time.
Apart from weighing systems with whole platforms, our delivery program comprises also weighing systems for weighing axle loads only. The latter are sufficient for a number of control weighing processes.
