Individual user interfaces for the feeding computer can be created by means of the software module "easytouch".
The system can be operated by pressure-sensitive screen (touch screen). The use of own digital photos as background (wallpaper) provides a clear overview.
You can add e.g. dynamic values (weight of the mixing container) or system states to the wallpaper of the feed kitchen. Additional text fields simplify this overview.

So far, feeding computers have only had fixed user interfaces.
The free design of the user interface represents an absolute novelty. The farmer can design his own interface by using specific symbols and fixed or dynamic text fields. Besides, he can draw in pipelines. Images and states of all sensors and actuators of the system can be added. Furthermore, the farmer can add own digital photos for better orientation.
Here he can present photos and text passages or dynamic displays of weighing systems, flow meters, the positions of valves (opened/closed) or the states of pumps (on/off).The images can be combined with any data fields. For example: If the farmer clicks on the mixing container, he will see the data of this container.
The liquid feeding system „high speed feed" enables a very fast mixing process through the simultaneous dosing of several components into a mixing container. The liquid components are registered by means of a flow meter. The dry components are registered via weighing systems. Following to the mixing process, the feed mixture is discharged simultaneously with the help of several pumps. Again, the amounts are registered by means of flow meters.
The simultaneous discharge through several feed pumps guarantees a fast discharge process. So far, the components have been dosed one after the other into a weighed mixing container and then the mixture has been discharged by one pump only. Now, several components can be dosed simultaneously and, additionally, you can discharge the feed simultaneously by means of several pumps – this is absolutely new.
