The development of process computers at TEWE is based on own experiences from the seventies, when the feeding of animals with automatic systems started. The time relay control systems used at that time did no longer meet the requirements for precision and information and led us to look for modern solutions and alternatives. Initially, processors and memory elements have been used to create simple computers which are controlling the valves and motors and also collecting the first data on feed consumption. TEWE Elektronic has constantly pursued this development over the last 20 years and is meanwhile known as an expert for the production of process control systems, primarily used in the agricultural sector for feeding, mixing, dosing and weighing.
In order to meet the different requirements of the market a considerable number of control computer types have been developed, some of which are also customer-specifically designed. Our self-developed software offers a wide range of design options to the user and, in contrast to PLC controls, does not require any auxiliary devices or technology. Besides the functional reliability we also focus on a smart operation, the record of a large amount of data for evaluation purposes, coupling via data transmission lines and simple service handling. Our devices are equipped with all necessary interfaces and latest technical features. Data can be displayed via screen or small display. Up to 50 components can be controlled and mixed or a several thousand valves can be controlled, thus providing a considerable number of animals with feed. All processes are monitored by the devices themselves. In the event of irregularities, the system automatically stops and at the same time gives an alarm signal. For modern animal husbandry, we have developed software allowing the animals to request their feed themselves on demand. All process flows are usually carried out by coupling with electronic scales, providing the weight information. It is also possible to process signals from further switches and sensors.

The TLC is a feeding computer controlling the automated distribution of feed or bulk material in large plants. Various decentralised control units can be operated manually or automatically via the TLC, working as a central unit.
Further information to be found in our brochure.
The Tewestar is our all-purpose computer for the control of liquid and dry feeding systems as well as of our “hybrid” system Airfeed II allowing both - liquid and dry feeding.
The MVD-16 is a control system used for weight recording in agriculture or in industrial automation. In addition to weight detection it is possible to carry out relatively simple mixing and dosing processes.
Using the Easytronic II control system, facilitates to control ad-libitum dry feeding systems with chain, rope or spiral conveyor systems. The built-in load section allows the direct control of the drive system and a feeding screw. In addition, an additive doser, an alarm contact and a triggering station can be switched.
The Easytronic II can be run autonomously or in combination with our TLC controller. In this case, the TLC operates on a higher level and controls the subordinate Easytronic fully automatically.
Customer-specific serial production of small electromechanical and electronic controls for simple dry feeding in various execution types.

The TF 5000 is a powerful, versatile computer for controlling dry feeding systems with max. 2 mixing-weighing units with each 2 chains, 20 components and 600 feed valves. A batch mixer or a large mixer can be controlled. For fast feeding, the batch mixer mixes and doses out simultaneously. When operating with 2 chains, both chains can be fed in parallel. The weight resolution is 10 grams for the batch mixer respectively 100 grams for the large mixer. All data are arranged in a user-friendly table structure. Remote control, data backup and evaluation is possible by means of PC coupling programs or the Internet. Below please find some performance data:
The MM 5000 is a powerful grinding & mixing computer for controlling 30 components and 20 discharges with 50 mixtures. Remote control, data backup and evaluation is possible by means of PC coupling programs or the Internet. Below please find some performance data:
The Multicom F is a compact, powerful computer for controlling simple liquid feeding systems. All data are stored in a user-friendly table structure and can be remotely controlled, saved and evaluated by means of PC coupling programs or the Internet. Below please find some performance data:
The Multicom T is a powerful dry feeding computer for controlling simple dry feeding systems. The weight resolution is 10 grams. Remote control, data backup and evaluation is possible via PC coupling programmes, also via the Internet. Here are some performance data:
The Multicom M is a compact grinding & mixing computer. Remote control, data backup and evaluation is possible by means of PC coupling programs and the Internet. Below please find some performance data:
The Multicom II is a powerful 16-bit computer for controlling liquid feeding systems in a size of 100 feed valves, 5 circuits, 6 components, 20 fattening mixtures with 4 phase mixtures each, 10 sow mixtures, 10 fattening feed curves and 10 sow feeding curves.
All data are arranged in a user-friendly table structure. The Multicom II can be completely remote controlled via a PC program. With the help of modems, this remote control is even possible worldwide via telephone line. The data exchange, e.g. of the consumption values with other evaluation programs is easily possible by exchanging ASCII files. Force transducers can be connected directly to the device or optionally via measuring amplifier. A terminal with keyboard or a colour screen with TEWE graphic card, a PC, a large display or optionally a printer with parallel interface can be connected directly.
