Visualization
Qualified experts use PLC-control systems to receive external electrical signals and convert them into instructions or information. These instructions are responsible for switches in the load circuit of the switch cabinet, from where motors, valves and other current consumers are supplied with voltage or being activated. The external signals can be of different types. The system recognizes sensor signals like e.g. temperature, voltage, pH value, analysis values, scales signals, but also common on/off instructions.
The use of a touch panel makes the handling of the user-specifically programmed PLC-control system easier and controllable. The following parameters and information are basically available to the user:
- alarm data, - data logging, - simple and user-friendly program structure
- individual and user-friendly visualization of the whole system with detailed views on different system areas
- line graphs with time axis, which make transparent the temporal relations between parameter input, sensor data and actuator data
- connection of surveillance cameras
- data transmission to other locations
